Starcom Worldwide is to strengthen its presence in the Australian market
with the inclusion of Dentsu-owned AIS Media's national network and
Total Media.
The new entity will operate under the Starcom banner and will be ranked
as the second-largest media agency in Australia, with billings of more
than USdollars 450 million.
Mr Paul Leeds, currently chief executive of AIS Media, will become
Starcom Australia's chief executive based in Melbourne.
