HEADLINES: Star and ABP venture to bring Star News to India
Star and ABP Group, one of India's leading newspaper and magazine publishing groups, have formed a joint venture, Media Content and Communications Services, for broadcasting Star News in India. ABP owns a 74 per cent stake, with the remainder belonging to Star. A new board is being constituted, with Ravina Raj Kohli continuing as president of Star News India.
