Mr Owen Jonathan has resigned as chief executive of South China
Morning Post (Holdings).
The resignation takes effect from the end of July.
Mr Jonathan, who joined the Post in 1994 as deputy chief executive and
spent the past two-and-a-half years as chief executive, stated that he
was leaving the newspaper in order to be closer to his family.
The Post's chairman, Kuok Khoon Ean, will take over the chief
executive's role.
