HEADLINES: Rubel returns to Japan as COO of McCann-Erickson
Phil Rubel, who abruptly quit as Beacon president last year after about a year on the job, has returned to Japan as executive vice-president and chief operating officer of McCann-Erickson. After leaving Beacon, Rubel held a multinational client service role in Leo Burnett Chicago.
