HEADLINES: Reader's Digest names Wallace MD

<p>Rosemarie Wallace has resigned as chief operating officer of the </p><p>Economist Group and publisher of CFO Asia to take up the regional </p><p>managing director's post at Reader's Digest. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Ms Wallace's decision to quit was seen as abrupt because she has been </p><p>part of the Economist group for about 12 years. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>However, she described her new posting as representing "an exciting </p><p>opportunity". </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Her responsibility at Reader's Digest includes overseeing the growth of </p><p>all three language editions of the publication - English, Chinese and </p><p>Thai. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
