HEADLINES: Quadrant snatches Toshiba India task from iB&W

<p>Quadrant Communications has snatched Toshiba's DVD player and colour TV </p><p>account from incumbent iB&W Communications in India. The review of the </p><p>US$1.3 million account came as Toshiba launched new high-end </p><p>products in the market, including wide-screen TVs ranging from 29-inch </p><p>to 48-inch models.
