HEADLINES: Poor economy forces ATMS 2002 postponement
ACNielsen has put off the 2002 Asian Target Markets Survey (ATMS) until next year, because of economic reasons. Sources said that media owners - major sponsors of the biennial regional media study over the years - had cut their budgets in response to the continuing economic downturn, which forced the research house to postpone the study.
