Osaio, a leading mobile phone sound and content services company in Korea, has handed its US$10 million media business to Carat, which won the business following a pitch against PDS - an alliance comprising Phoenix Communications, Dentsu and Starcom. Osaio is currently embarking on an aggressive expansion plan following the deregulation of the country's telecommunications market. The creative brief was given to a local shop.
