Duty free goods retailer Duty Free Philippines has tasked Optimum Media Philippines with handling its media planning and buying assignment. The agency - affiliated with OMD - said it picked up the account through a referral. It added that its recent series of wins, including AOR for mobile operator Smart Communications, had helped build its reputation in the Philippine market.
