HEADLINES: O&M's Greenaway is Creative Circle Awards chair

<p>The Singapore 4As has appointed Ogilvy & Mather executive creative </p><p>director Andy Greenaway as chairman of the Singapore Creative Circle </p><p>Awards. The move comes despite O&M boycotting the event last year in a </p><p>dispute over the judging process. Local judges decided what work the </p><p>overseas judges should see, whereas this year the overseas judges will </p><p>see all work. The awards night is on November 2 at the Singapore </p><p>Ritz-Carlton. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
