Nestle Indonesia has consolidated its US$20 million media planning and buying brief with MindShare. The assignment was previously split among three agencies: MindShare, Universal McCann and Publicis. The consolidation is part of the FMCG giant's bid to improve the group's efficiencies in the country, especially in how it plans and buys media. There was no review of creative agencies.
