McCann-Erickson Thailand has won three major accounts worth
US$6 million, including Standard Chartered Nakornthon Bank, part
of the British-based Standard Chartered global network, with reported
billings of US$3 million.
The agency out-gunned Ogilvy & Mather and regional incumbent Leo Burnett
to pick up the business.
McCann's other wins consisted of Siam City Cement, worth US$2.5
million, and the US$500,000 Bupa Blue Cross medical insurance
account.
