Excelcomindo Pratama, one of Indonesia's leading teleco companies, has named Universal McCann its media agency of record. The agency won the account following a pitch against the two incumbents, Initiative and MindShare. A Universal spokesperson said: "The client commended our strategic approach and cited our ability to balance innovation with risk. There was no change in the creative account, which remains the responsibility of Brainstorm DDB.
