HEADLINES: Martell moves up to worldwide COO of ACNielsen

Frank Martell is vacating his post as president of ACNielsen Asia-Pacific and emerging markets to become COO of ACNielsen and senior VP of VNU Marketing Information Group, based in New York. His regional role will be taken up by Bienvenido Niles, who is currently MD of ACNielsen Southeast Asia and chief client service officer for Asia-Pacific.
