HEADLINES: Malaysian telco poised to pick D'Arcy and Starcom
D'Arcy and its media shop Starcom look poised to win the pitch for Malaysian telecommunications firm, Time. An official announcement is expected soon, however, D'Arcy has already completed two projects for the client - a campaign for Time Broadband and another for Time Gold, the telco's premium IDD service. Grey is Time's incumbent agency.
