HEADLINES: Ma Belle assigns DDB and OMD with $3m brand brief

Ma Belle has tasked Omnicom agencies with the job to make it the most-preferred jewellery brand in Hong Kong. Ma Belle, which had a spend of about US$3 million last year, gave DDB the brand management and creative assignment, while OMD was appointed to the media planning and buying brief. The business was previously handled in-house.
