HEADLINES: Lucas replaces Tang in HK4As creative committee

<p>D'Arcy Hong Kong ECD Marc Lucas has been voted into the Hong Kong </p><p>4As as creative committee member, replacing Ogilvy & Mather's C.C. Tang, </p><p>whose seat became vacant after he moved to head his agency's creative </p><p>department in Beijing.
