HEADLINES: Lucas replaces Tang in HK4As creative committee

<p>D'Arcy Hong Kong ECD Marc Lucas has been voted into the Hong Kong </p><p>4As as creative committee member, replacing Ogilvy & Mather's C.C. Tang, </p><p>whose seat became vacant after he moved to head his agency's creative </p><p>department in Beijing. The committee is primarily responsible for the </p><p>creative component of the trade organisation's annual award shows and </p><p>the interests of the Hong Kong creative community. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
