HEADLINES: Korean commission to wipe out Kobaco monopoly
Korea's Fair Trade Commission plans to eliminate the monopoly which Korea Broadcasting Advertising Corporation (Kobaco), holds over the sale of broadcast TV and radio time, saying it "blocks competition". Kobaco criticised the plan by saying: "This will hinder the balanced development of media."
