HEADLINES: Kawase promoted to top position at TBWA Tokyo

<p>Minoru Kawase has been promoted from executive managing director </p><p>and creative director to president of TBWA Japan. He replaces Takeshi </p><p>Tanuma, who is retiring from the industry. Meanwhile, Bob Kerwin has </p><p>been named executive vice-president to assist Kawase.
