Hang Seng Bank has put its creative account up for pitch after its
agency of record, J. Walter Thompson, resigned the assignment following
the global realignment of Standard Chartered Bank with the network.
Sources close to the pitch said the number of agencies vying for the
account had been whittled down to three from six following a
presentation of credentials. The assignment will focus on strategic and
creative recommendations to raise Hang Seng Bank's profile in the Hong
Kong marketplace.
