HEADLINES: JCDecaux hands DDB strategic consultancy work

JCDecaux Pearl & Dean has appointed DDB Hong Kong as its strategic consultant to look into ways of making the Mass Transit Railway medium more appealing to advertisers. JCDecaux - the MTR's agent - is aiming to revamp the train operator's offering in the face of increasing competition from buses and mini-buses, which have started offering advertisers spots in special programmes screened via television sets in the vehicles.
