HEADLINES: Isaac named O&M regional vice-chairman

<p>Mr Tim Isaac has been promoted to the newly-created post of </p><p>regional vice-chairman at Ogilvy & Mather. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Isaac, who reports to chairman Miles Young, retains his existing </p><p>roles as Southeast Asia regional director and chairman of the agency's </p><p>Singapore operations. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Commenting on the promotion, Mr Young said: "Our business in Asia </p><p>Pacific is growing so fast, in so many ways, that the demands of </p><p>managing it have become increasingly challenging. Our international </p><p>client base is also changing - and, in particular, becoming more </p><p>centered in southeast Asia in Singapore." </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Isaac will continue to be based in Singapore, where he moved to from </p><p>Hong Kong six months ago. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
