Since the start of a publishing partnership with JoongAng Ilbo last

month, the International Herald Tribune's subscription rate in Korea has

soared more than 1,000 per cent.



Subscriptions now account for 73 per cent of IHT's sold copies in the

country, according to IHT advertising director Jonathan Kenny.
