Kowloon Motor Bus, a Hong Kong transport operator, has handed its media planning and buying account to MindShare. But the operator has yet to decide on its creative assignment, which went to pitch several months ago. The account was previously serviced by BBDO on creative and OMD on media. "At the moment, we are using the TV commercial created by BBDO to encourage students to take KMB after the summer holidays, said its head of corporate communications, Suzanne Ho.
