HEADLINES: Hakuhodo buys Percept Chuo Senko India

<p>Hakuhodo has reached an agreement to acquire a 50 per cent interest </p><p>in Percept Chuo Senko India, for shares currently held by Chuo Senko's </p><p>local operation in Thailand. Following completion of the share transfer, </p><p>the company will be known as Hakuhodo Percept. Percept registered </p><p>billings of 391 million rupees (USdollars) in 1998, which ranked it at </p><p>No.23 nationally; sixth among local, independent ad agencies in India. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
