HEADLINES: Green joins up with OMD New York

<p>Andrew Green has joined the New York office of Optimum Media </p><p>Direction as director of communications insight. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He was formally regional director of Zenith Media Asia. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Meanwhile, Tim Foley has transferred to London to head up the research </p><p>department at both OMD and PHD. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Foley's previous posting - regional research director at OMD - has </p><p>been filled by Peter Allen. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Allen was most previously the regional research director of Carat </p><p>Asia-Pacific. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
