HEADLINES: Golin/Harris names Mullins executive director

Golin/Harris Forrest has named John Mullins as executive director to head up its corporate communications practice. Mullins joins the Hong Kong office from the agency's Tokyo operation, where he was responsible for day-to-day management and led the client serving teams on regional and global accounts.
