Fushan Pharmaceutical has appointed D'Arcy to develop a nationwide brand-building programme for its anti-gastric brand, Wei Er Shu. The move comes four months after the agency began working with the company on an informal basis, following a multi-agency pitch that also involved prominent Hong Kong 4As agencies. At the same time, fellow Bcom3 agency, Starcom, was tapped to handle the media planning assignment. Media buying will continue to be done by an in-house team.
