Hallmark Channel has named Barry Frey senior vice-president,
managing director, global advertising sales. Frey will be responsible
for all international advertising efforts worldwide and will manage
advertising sales operations for Hallmark Channel. He will build on the
channel's client base in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
