HEADLINES: Fleishman-Hillard, Pegasus confirm China alliance

Fleishman-Hillard has formed a strategic alliance with local agency Pegasus Communications to help provide China clients with a more comprehensive public relations service. The deal will also allow the two firms to expand their offering from the primary coastal cities to the provincial capital. The combined entity has more than 60 staff.
