Effem Foods has appointed ZenithMedia as its media planning and buying agency across all its brands in Taiwan. It won the US$4 million business following a shoot-out that included incumbent, MediaCom. Effem franchise and sales director, Jimmy Chen, said that Zenith was chosen because it was "able to demonstrate its capability in strategic communications thinking and creative media ideas. The creative account remains with Grey and BBDO.
