Headlines: DY&R and MEC land Singapore aviation account
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has awarded its accounts to Dentsu Young & Rubicam and MEC. The incumbents, Saatchi & Saatchi and ZenithMedia, were released barely a month after Changi Airport's branding campaign broke.
