HEADLINES: Dentsu boosts media-buying clout in Thailand
Dentsu has established a media agency in Thailand under the name of Dentsu Media Palette, with the new company formally beginning operations this month. The setting up of the unit will enable Dentsu to concentrate all of its media business in the country in a single firm to reinforce its media-buying clout. It is the second such office to set up in Asia after Taiwan in 1999. Dentsu plans to open other Media Palette operations elsewhere in Asia in the near future.
