HEADLINES: Dentsu and Bcom3 merge

<p>Aussie brand agencies Dentsu Oceania's subsidiary BAM-SSB will </p><p>merge with Pure D'Arcy, a unit of D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, a </p><p>subsidiary of Bcom3 in Australia. The agency will be called D'Arcy and </p><p>will be fully operational by the end of this month. Nigel Marsh will </p><p>head the agency as national chief executive officer.
