Media independent CIA is understood to be close to setting up
offices in Japan, China and Korea.
The push is client-driven and will likely come in the form of
independent, JV or other alliance-type operations.
CIA regional managing director, Mark Austin told MEDIA: "We are being
very creative in the way we are approaching markets. But we are hopeful
of having something up and running within the next three months in
(those three markets)."
