HEADLINES: China veteran Foo departs JWT to return to Lowe

Tiger Foo has quit as J. Walter Thompson China's group account director and national new business director after eight months on the job to take up a similar position at Lowe. Foo, who had been at Lowe for five years prior to joining JWT last year, will continue to be based in Shanghai. The veteran China adman said that his priority would be to continue developing local business.
