Headlines: Casbaa hires former BBC exec as general manager

Henry Middleton has joined the Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (Casbaa) as general manager, Singapore and Southeast Asia. Middleton joins from the BBC, where he was vice-president, joint-venture development.
