HEADLINES: Carat Philippines hires Salas as media director
Carat has appointed Enrico Salas as its Philippine media director. Salas, who spent the past decade with Lowe, will supervise and manage Carat's media service department as well as assist president Jocelyn Domingo in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
