HEADLINES: Burnett outguns four to win Cebu Pacific Korea job
Cebu Pacific Air - the Philippines' second-largest airline - has handed its Korea assignment to Leo Burnett, with Starcom handling media. Burnett, which outgunned Lee & DDB and three local shops, has been tasked with handling all creative and strategic work as Cebu Pacific begins two daily flights between Seoul and Manila. The initial campaign is scheduled to roll out within two weeks.
