HEADLINES: Burnett and Starcom scoop Tarocash in Australia

Men's fashion retail chain group, Tarocash, has appointed Leo Burnett and network media agency Starcom to drive its first major advertising campaign in Australia and New Zealand. The retailer, with an estimated advertising budget of US$500,000, had previously only run direct mail campaigns. Led by Burnett's retail unit director, Peter Morris, the agency beat out three others - Spin Communications, Ideas Group and First Light - in a pitch that focused on creative solutions.
