David Bridgman has quit as 141 Asia CEO to take an unspecified senior position in Publicis. The move follows 141's worldwide loss of the Allied Domecq account to Publicis, which takes effect in October. 141 Asia COO Herve Deville will assume the responsibilities of CEO at the agency's regional operations, in addition to his current role.
