ANteve, a pioneer terrestrial TV stations in Indonesia, has appointed Perwanal D'Arcy to relaunch and strengthen the brand in a market facing media deregulation. The brief includes brand consultancy and creative development. D'Arcy was appointed based on its successful relaunch of another terrestrial station, TPI.
