Headline: Thailand in drive to pull plug on lighted billboards
The Thai Government may pull the plug on lighted billboards after 10pm if a proposed energy saving package is passed. The package will also require shopping centres to close at 8pm, hypermarts to close by 10pm, and petrol stations by midnight.
