Headline: Telekomsel rolls out new Kartu Halo programme

Telekomsel Indonesia, the country's largest cellular company, has brought out a new television, out of home and radio campaign developed by Leo Burnett Kreasindo to launch its new 'flexibility' programme for the post-paid card product, Kartu Halo. The group's aim is to make Karthu Halo more attractive to consumers, with the card achieving a 500 per cent growth in business following the campaign.
