Headline: TBWA shifts HK-based GAD Kan to Shanghai office

TBWA has transferred Hong Kong-based Liza Kan to Shanghai as group account director to head the Whiskas and Pedigree accounts. Kan, who has nine years' advertising experience, held a similar role at Tequila, prior to the transfer.
