Headline: Tata appoints Adfactors PR for US$1 billion listing
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has hired Adfactors PR to handle PR on its Rs 5,300 crore (US$1 billion) IPO, the country's second largest listing. The Mumbai-based agency will work in conjunction with Vaishnavi Corporate Communications. The country's largest IT company recently appointed Fleishman-Hillard to handle its global PR business.
