Y&R Vietnam and Ogilvy & Mather Vietnam are pitching creative for SK-Telecom's mobile arm, S-Fone, which had a reported 2004 Jan-June above-the-line adspend of US$1.2m. Incumbent agency Saatchi & Saatchi is not involved. MindShare and MEC are also pitching for media.
