China auto group Nanjing Iveco Motor has handed its media planning and buying assignment to Carat after a multi-agency shootout. The incumbent was a local shop. Carat Hong Kong deputy general manager Grace Yao said: "Carat was appointed to provide an ROI solution to the client's media investment."
