Headline: Lowe snatches Dulux, Maxilite brands in Vietnam

Lowe has beaten J. Walter Thompson and BBDO to pick up the Dulux and Maxilite brands from ICI Paints, Vietnam. The pitch took place in May and involved developing the communications architecture for the entire ICI paints range and a specific creative brief for Maxilite. In addition, Lowe Malaysia has appointed Ong Bee Lin, formerly director of client service at Grey Worldwide Malaysia, as general manager, while Adrian Miller returns to Malaysia as ECD after three years in South Africa.
