Headline: Hyundai beefs up line up with Elantra India launch
Hyundai Motors has launched a new model, Elantra, in the fast-growing Indian auto market. The model will be positioned between Hyundai's mid-size car, Accent, and the more premium offering, Sonata. This segment, dubbed A4, is one which has emerged in the last year or so, with launches like the Toyota Corolla, Skoda Octavia and Opel Vectra. It's expected to grow 25 per cent this year, and Hyundai is targeting sales of around 8,000 units of Elantra.
